Company Profile

Thomas & Company was incorporated in 1994 as a Boston-based sales and marketing consulting group.  We help companies acquire and retain their customers by specializing in alternate and direct sales channels, business strategy, executive coaching and professional skills training. 

We have a blue-chip clientele of some of America's best known and emerging companies.   Many are telecommunications, software, and IT companies seeking competitive advantage through their direct and alternate distribution channels.

We are members of  TIA Telecommunications Industry Association, ECA Enterprise Communications Association, MIT Forum, and the World Future Society.  Wayne is the Editor of the TIA's Channel Intelligence Report and a frequent writer for  industry publications including Phone +, Computer Telephony, and Fat Pipe.  He also hosts monthly TeleForums for the TIA and ECA on communications industry topics.
