Executive CoachingExecutive Coaching is a partnership with an executive or high-potential manager that focuses on specific areas for development or improvement. Sometimes a detrimental personal characteristic is standing in the way of career advancement. Sometimes, the individuals technical expertise has brought them to a position that requires them to exercise leadership of others and they do not have the experience or skills. Executive coaching begins with a discreet assessment of the situation. Having defined the developmental task, We work with the executive through weekly conferences. Coaching addresses reality, stimulating the client to move away from the ineffective behavior and to choose actions that help him or her reach their desired results.
Professional Skills CoachingIn addition to Executive Coaching, Susan works with teams and groups to develop essential skills. We partner with Sales Training and Results, a well-established, international training organization, in order to bring their technology to our clients. We have delivered their courses on negotiation skills, presentation skills, advanced selling skills for sales professionals and non-sales personnel. Exercising Influence: Building Relationships and Getting Results, is the newest offer in the curriculum. |
